All orders of textiles under 3 yards are subject to a $25 cut fee. The only exception is our Soho textile – due to the nature of the shibori dyeing process, this fabric is only sold in 5 yard increments. The minimum order for wallcoverings is 5 yards. Orders under 15 yards are subject to a $75 set-up fee.
Most of our textiles are stocked in our primary warehouse in Bangalore, India and are subject to availability. Please inquire with your local showroom for textile lead times and availability.
Our wallcoverings are digitally printed to order in an effort to minimize waste from excess production. The lead time for wallcovering orders is 4 to 6 weeks. Rush orders with a 2 week lead time (excluding transit time) are available for an additional fee of $250.
We provide trade pricing for interior designers, architects and other trade professionals. To place an order for textiles or wallcoverings or to request complimentary memo samples, please register with a trade account on our website or locate a showroom closest to you.
Reserves can be placed with your local showroom based on stock availability. Reserves are valid for 10 business days and can be extended upon request if stock is available. If the reserve expires, the hold will be released without notice.
If the requested yardage exceeds our current inventory, we accept reserves against incoming stock with a 50% deposit.
A Cutting For Approval (CFA) is recommended for textile orders as production lots may vary from showroom memo samples. For out-of-stock SKUs, CFAs will be shipped as soon as new stock is available.
All CFAs are shipped via USPS within the US only. CFA requests involving international shipping or expedited shipping can be accommodated with a client-supplied courier account or shipping label.
All fabric and wallpaper orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
If you believe a product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us before cutting. Products that have been cut are not eligible for return regardless of defect or damage. Requests for return must be filed within 30 days of delivery date. The product must be returned in its original condition.
