Soho is made by hand at a small shibori workshop in Bangalore using a clamp-resist technique called itajime. Named for the bustling New York City neighborhood that was a central locale for artists in the 1970s and ’80s, Soho is a minimal repeating pattern that demonstrates the nuanced beauty of hand-dyed textiles.
